Our prices for the different planning packages we have available
Initial consultation to discuss the venue you are looking for to hold your celebrations, we will then research in details and visit a minimum of 3 (maximum of 6) venues on your behalf, then provide you with a detailed shortlist of the 3 best venues for you that meet your requirements. This document will include all the information you require to make an informed decision, including prices and packages available. once you have decided on the perfect venue we will then arrange a site visit for you
Prices start at £75 per supplier category
After meeting with you to discuss which suppliers you are looking for we will thoroughly research possible suppliers that are suitable for your needs and that are available on your date. We will compile a shortlist of the three best suppliers per category. You will be presented with a detailed document showing prices, package deals and any notes we may have about each supplier. Once you have made a decision about which suppliers you want we will then contact them to make the booking for you.
£1,250 - £1,500
Our popular package, we will meet with you at least 6 weeks prior to your big day, and take care of all the administration work, check all supplier contracts, create a personalised wedding day timeline and ensure that each supplier has their own copy, and liaise with the event manager at your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. We will also be present on the big day to ensure that you get to relax and enjoy your day whilst we take care of all the details.
£1,750 - £2,000
We will take care of all the administration work, source the suppliers and venues that you want us to take care of, handle the supplier contracts, provide you with a payment schedule so you never forget a payment, create your wedding day timeline and ensure everyone has a copy, organise the rehearsal and we will also be present on the day itself.
Between 14 and 24% of the wedding budget (minimum £2,750) to be discussed at consultation
With this package Amore take care of everything for you. We do all the administration work, handle and negotiate all supplier contracts, arrange and accompany you to all appointments. Arrange trials and rehearsal, organise the pre-wedding lunch, hen and stag parties. Literally everything wedding related will be taken care of by us. You will also have unlimited e-mail and phone support if you ever need to be reassured about any aspect of the wedding. We've got you covered.
Cost of hiring our candy cart and Ferrero Rocher Stands
starting from £95
We will come to your chosen venue, set up the candy cart, make sure it is decorated with bunting or ribbon colour coordinating with your colour scheme. Fully stock the cart with delicious sweet treats, which we can also colour coordinate for you. Scoops and tongs will be provided as well as sweet bags to hold all the yummy treats. The bags can be personalised for an extra charge. Then when your event is over we will come to collect the cart.
starting from £65
Our beautiful Ferrero Rocher Stands are both available for hire. They make an absolutely stunning centrepiece. We deliver it to your venue, fill it up with tasty Ferrero Rocher (or another choice of sweets should you prefer), and when your event is finished we will come over to pick the stand up.
